Hearthside Supper

Last night we served 24 invited guests our Hearthside Supper prepared on the open hearth of our log cabin fireplace and wood-fired brick oven.  The menu included prime rib, leg of lamb, roasted root vegetables, corn pudding and wilted lettuce salad with hot bacon dressing. Delicious!


After supper, 20 more guests joined us in the barn for a hammered dulcimer concert by Ted Yoder.  Sweet music!  Altogether, it was a fantastic time!  Let's do it again next year!
