Last night we served 24 invited guests our Hearthside Supper prepared on the open hearth of our log cabin fireplace and wood-fired brick oven.  The menu included prime rib, leg of lamb, roasted root vegetables, corn pudding and wilted lettuce salad with hot bacon dress...

The stairs and loft in the Welcome Barn has been cleaned and safety railings have been added. It's ready for the first wedding next week!
