Heritage Farm is the perfect venue for your event in a beautiful rural setting. Located in western Howard county Indiana, Heritage Farm is only an hour north of Indianapolis, 45 minutes east of Lafayette and 2.5 hours southeast of Chicago (click here for a map and directions). A rustic, elegant venue for your special day… with all the modern amenities you require! The grounds are yours for the day. You choose among several lovely sites to hold an outdoor ceremony. Our herd of alpacas may even watch the festivities! Hold your reception in the big white tent next to our post & beam Welcome Center Barn outfitted with a bar and a spacious area to hang out.
Bride's quarters are available in the modern quest house where the bride and her bridesmaids can prepare for the big day in comfort. Likewise, the groom and his groomsmen can hang out in the century-old log cabin before the ceremony.

If you are planning a family reunion, Heritage Farm is the fun place to be. Enjoy pizzas cooked by your hosts in our wood-fired pizza oven. Sail through the trees on our 400 foot long zip line. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon relaxing in our 19th century log cabin or watch the baby alpacas playfully chase each other around the pastures. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and enjoy making and eating s'mores.
The younger ones in your family will have plenty of space to play and explore including a 50 foot-long hill slide and a babbling creek to get wet in!
Overnight camping is available or if sleeping outdoors is not for you, enjoy deluxe accommodations in our spacious guest house.

Book your next retreat at Heritage Farm and have access to our 2500 sq. ft. modern retreat house. Three bedrooms accommodate up to eight overnight guests. You also have access to 19th century log cabin with it's own toilet and shower which sleeps four.
We welcome groups of any kind...church groups, clubs, organizations and corporations will find the retreat house at Heritage Farm to be the perfect place to host a meeting or retreat.
But since we are a working alpaca farm, we especially enjoy catering to fiber arts retreats. You decided what you want your retreat to be. It can be an informal gathering of fiber enthusiasts who enjoy knitting and/or spinning or it can be a structured workshop by an expert teacher.
No matter how you use it, the retreat house offers a great facility on a beautiful farm to help make your event a success!
